Christopher joined the telecommunications/utility
construction industry in the 4th quarter of 2005,
starting in residential & commercial installation during
the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Christopher would
travel the country, taking on new challenges in new
places, carving his niche in process improvement. He
participated in the asset protection measures taken
during the national rollout of Google Fiber. His insight
on NJUNS’ next-to-go process contributed to the
development of a bulk ticket entry & update feature,
allowing tickets to be maintained outside of NJUNS
during internet rush hour, when RTTs are optimal. He
developed procedures for entering plant damage
reports (PDRs) through order of entry routines that
resulted in a 300% increase in work order generation
& in the total elimination of discrepancies between
data & PDRs. As a co-founder of Unified Utility Services
LLC (est. 2018) he has contributed to, participated in
&/or developed aspects of each of the turnkey services
provided & was an integral part in business planning for
startup capital. Since inception, he has become
certified by the FOA, is a BICSI Member & a student of
their methodologies.
